Sky Mentors Academy is not a conventional DGCA coaching institute. It is a comprehensive pilot training system designed to align students with the way airlines actually select, train, and evaluate pilots.
In India, most pilot training programs focus only on helping students clear DGCA exams. But the real challenge begins after that. Airline aptitude tests, psychometric evaluations, simulator assessments, and high-pressure interviews require a completely different level of preparation. Sky Mentors Academy is built specifically to bridge this gap and prepare cadets for real-world airline standards.
Our training is led by an active airline captain with over 21 years of flying experience, bringing real operational thinking into the classroom. Students are trained not just in subjects, but in how to apply them under pressure through airline-style mock selections, structured decision-making exercises, and progressive simulator exposure.
Equally important is command presence. Through a dedicated leadership and personality program led by a former Army major, students develop discipline, situational awareness, and clear communication that airlines actively assess.

With over 21 years in aviation and 9,000+ flying hours, Capt. Siddharth Sharma brings real airline thinking into training. Having operated both B777 wide-body and B737 narrow-body aircraft across international and domestic routes, his mentorship is rooted in how decisions are actually made in the cockpit, not just how they are written in books.

Who can process information under pressure, make sound decisions, and carry the situational awareness expected in airline operations. With 12 years of service in the Indian Army and training from Officers Training Academy, Chennai, Major Chhavi brings the discipline and clarity that high-stakes environments demand. Her expertise lies in shaping behaviour under pressure—how you communicate, lead, and stay composed when every decision is being evaluated.
At Sky Mentors Academy, she leads the Command Persona Program, where students develop confidence, structured communication, and mental resilience required for psychometric tests, group discussions, and airline interviews. The goal is simple. To ensure every student walks in with presence, not just preparation.
